Director
Alex serves as a Director for Aspire Commercial and is responsible for serving clients with various real estate needs across the Greater Houston region. Alex has a unique background in successfully developing, owning, and operating flex/industrial and retail properties in Houston, Katy, and Cypress. Alex leverages his deep leasing, operational, construction, and management experience to provide superior service to Aspire Commercial clients. Alex has a hands-on approach, employs an ownership mentality, and is skilled at providing in-depth market data to guide the decision-making process of those he serves.
Alex graduated from Hannibal Lagrange College with a BBA. Alex also graduated from the Chinese Language Program at Xiamen University in Xiamen, China.
Associate
Anh is a dedicated professional with a diverse range of experiences and skills. She joined Aspire Commercial in 2023 as an associate. Alongside her role at Aspire, Anh holds a real estate license in the state of Texas.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Anh is a successful entrepreneur. She owns and manages an Airbnb in Katy, TX, utilizing her keen eye for detail and hospitality to create exceptional experiences for her guests.
Anh's commitment to her community is reflected in her involvement with Second Baptist Church, where she serves as a special events coordinator and volunteers her time. She finds joy in organizing and executing memorable events while contributing to the church's mission.
Anh's dedication extends to her personal life as well. As a wife and mother of four children, she understands the importance of balancing work and family responsibilities. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her 2 Samoyed dogs.
Director
Bradley joined Aspire Commercial upon its inception in 2023 and serves as Director. In this role, he is responsible for executing transactions on approximately two million square feet of office and industrial assets, representing both private and institutional investors. Throughout his career, Bradley has executed over 230 transactions with a total transaction volume of more than $135 million.
Prior to joining Aspire Commercial, Bradley spent six years with Holt Lunsford Commercial, most recently serving as a Market Director. Prior to Holt Lunsford Commercial, Bradley worked as a sales representative for an industrial engineering firm where he assisted clients in a variety of industries with their predictive and reliability maintenance needs. During this time, he gained valuable sales experience and provided excellent customer service to his clients, including many Fortune 500 companies.
Bradley received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from the University of Houston. Bradley is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder and a member of NAIOP and Champions Golf Club.
Founder
Brandon is the founder of Aspire Commercial, a commercial real estate firm established in 2023 with ambitions to disrupt the industry. Brandon has a passion for real estate and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results for clients. Throughout his career, Brandon has executed over 450 transactions with a total transaction volume in excess of $155 million.
Prior to founding Aspire Commercial, Brandon spent seven years with Holt Lunsford Commercial, most recently serving as a Managing Principal of the Houston office.
Brandon graduated from Abilene Christian University with a BBA and Masters in Accounting. He is a Texas real estate broker, CPA, and member of NAIOP.
Associate
Ellie Riney is a seasoned professional aspiring to make her mark in the dynamic realm of commercial real estate. With nearly 8 years of expertise in residential sales in coveted areas like West U, Bellaire, the Heights, and Memorial, Ellie now seeks to channel her skills and knowledge into the exciting world of commercial real estate.
A fluent Farsi speaker with Persian roots, Ellie brings a personalized touch to her interactions, understanding the diverse needs of her clientele. Originally from Chicago, she holds a degree in Health Science, providing her with a unique perspective.
Throughout her career, Ellie has consistently demonstrated excellence, earning the prestigious title of top producer. Notably, she received the Rookie of the Year award in her second year—an accolade that speaks volumes about her commitment, expertise, and dedication to exceptional client service.
Luke Stavinoha joined Aspire Commercial in 2024 and serves as an Associate/Retail Director. In his role, Luke is responsible for leasing retail space and specializes in multi-tenant and single-tenant investment sales. He represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Houston market and assists with market research, industry trends, and advisory services.
Prior to joining Aspire Commercial, Luke spent two years with Marcus & Millichap as a retail sales agent, focusing on Houston’s Southwest submarket. Luke executed over $15 million in transaction volume including retail, industrial, medical office, and land. During his time, he gained sales experience and knowledge of Houston’s market conditions, offering guidance and advising clients on future decisions. Luke earned several achievements during his time at Marcus & Millichap, consisting of Golden Dialer, Rookie of the Year, Top Emerging Listing Agent, and Top Emerging Earning Agent.
Luke graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics- Finance and Real Estate and holds an active real estate license in the state of Texas. Luke volunteers for the Houston Rodeo and enjoys participating in community group events.
